Pete Dzioba

Pete Dzioba was born in Northern Ontario and has been an Albertan since 1977. Pete has had a diversified background working as a labourer and train dispatcher with C. P. Rail, a production associate and industrial mechanic with General Foods, a service provider with a local 5 Star Hotel. He establishe and operated a home building and professional renovation business known as "Petell-do-it" for 15 years and he is now entering into his 12th year of selling real estate which he loves.

Pete has a small family and he and his wife are now empty nesters who love to travel and camp. Pete also has a passion for restoring old muscle cars of the late60's and early 70's.

In a short period of time Pete became one of the best realtors in the local industry and is well respected by his peers. In 2001 Pete Dzioba, Brian Dingreville and Miles Godlonton opened a new company "Godlonton Realty" and they have not looked back since.

Trained in the art of listening to clients needs, Pete strives for nothing less than 110%. Pete is caring, patient, thorough, dedicated and honest. he simply goes above and beyond to make sure that things are done right and his clients needs are met.

Brian Dingreville celebrates his 25 year as a Lethbridge realtor in June of 2005. During that time he has continuously poven himself to be a successful competitor in an aggressive market, earning numerous awards through the Multiple Listing Service in Lethbridge and with the real estate companies he has worked with in the past. Over the years Brian has gained the respect and loyalty of his clients who continue to work with him time and time again because of his hard work and dedication in helping them.

Brian has been involved with the Lethbridge Fish and Game Ass. for the past 20 years, plus being on the executive as the big game chairman for the past 6 years.

Brian enjoys hunting, camping, attempts to play golf and loves pleasure horse back riding in the moutains or team penning.
