Real Estate and finance have always been a top priority for Cari even from a young age. The dream of owning her own home and establishing her family in a comfortable community was very important to her and continues to be a top priority. At the young age of 23 Cari was able to commence that dream as she purchased her first home. From this time forward, Cari was hooked and continued to buy and sell homes each time rendering sufficient profit to “move up.”
After working for an Investment Company for 2 years in Red Deer, AB and not finding it to her personal satisfaction, Cari found an opportunity to pursue a career in Real Estate in Lethbridge. Having been raised in Lethbridge all of her life Cari found the prospect for change exciting and jumped at the chance to do so. Cari is a firm believer that “change” often leads to a reward; in this case, following her passion for Real Estate.
All in” – two words that describe the drive, tenacity and work ethic that has driven Dave Brodoway to the entrepreneurial success that he now enjoys today. From humble beginnings and not much more than a dream to start from, Dave has been able to take “ideas” and turn them into thriving realities. For 15 years Dave has enjoyed the process of taking these ideas, putting meat around them and then pounding the pavement with a fearless resolve to turn these ideas into profitable and respectable business units.
These labours of love range from a clothing line start-up, to financial lending services including a growing distribution network of ATM’s in affiliation with the world’s largest provider. Most recently, Dave has spent the last several years growing his brand in the luxury logistics and transportation industry; an effort that has brought Dave considerable local and international attention. With the recent and successful sale of this last enterprise, Dave is ready for a new challenge, this time within the industry of Real Estate.
Dave has brought this same fearless, straight forward approach to Real Estate early on by jumping into the “fix and flip” market. Dave quickly researched, procured and then renovated and sold for profit, several homes – before most others realized that there was money to be made. Now Dave looks to join forces with wife and business partner Jennifer Brodoway. Dave aims to assist Jennifer’s already thriving Real Estate practice by offering his expertise to her. Together, Dave and Jennifer look to serve your Real Estate interests with the same “all in” attitude that has been the key to their success.
Born in England Dave has since lived in both Alberta and BC. Bilingual, he can relate well to different cultures. He has a wealth of experience having worked in the hotel, forestry and multiple leadership roles in high tech industries.
“Diverse Dave” has also nurtured his creative side … he is a musician, writer and artist. He has a Fine Arts Diploma and is skilled in photography and graphic design; Useful assets for Listings!
Deeply committed to community - Dave was active in his Wasa, BC Church. Socially, he volunteers his time and skills regularly. In BC he provided free PC tech repair to those in need and refurbished computers to donate to the elderly.
Dave, and his wife Denise, started a B.C. non-profit Charity called “the Collectors” to help the homeless and under-privileged. It’s going strong. Now they’ve started a Lethbridge branch of this charity to help folks locally.
Clearly Dave enjoys social interaction & assisting others. He is a “People Person!” That’s why he’s now a Full time REALTOR® registered with Lethbridge and District association of REALTORS® (LDAR.)
Dave is honest, tenacious, professional and a good listener – essential qualities for a realtor. If he can help facilitate your next real estate transaction or you wish to help him in his charity he would love to hear from you…
“Caring about where Your family lives.”
As a full-time REALTOR® registered with the Lethbridge and District association of REALTORS®, Jennifer offers a background in customer service, Internet promotion, and marketing which she finds to be a great base for helping her clients buy and sell Real Estate in Lethbridge, Alberta.
Jennifer was born and raised in Southern Alberta. She obtained her bachelor of Management, specializing in Marketing, here at the University of Lethbridge. She then went to work overseas in a telecom company where she was the customer service manager for a team that created and managed the international websites of many corporate clients. Since being back in Canada, and working as a Lethbridge REALTOR®, Jennifer has combined these skills and experience to promote her clients listings, find them the most suitable properties, and always keep them up to date with their listings and the market place.
One of the most exciting experiences in Jennifer’s life was buying her first home, which she now keeps and maintains as a rental property. She looks forward to helping others achieve their goals of home ownership as well, and assisting them with their Real Estate needs.
Born and raised in southern Alberta, and after a brief 16 year stint elsewhere, Joel returned back to southern Alberta in 2013, and has put down roots here in Lethbridge. But Joel is not your typical southern Alberta guy. “It’s not that I don’t like trucks” he says, “I just prefer to drive a car or motorcycle, I find them more fun. The story of my life is that I tend to like things that are different then what most people like.” From the colour of his pants to the house he lives in, to say that Joel’s taste is eclectic would be an understatement. So why real estate? Why not be an artist or DJ? “My whole life I’ve dealt directly with the public, and I love to make people happy. I used to sell homes for a builder, and I loved being able to work with clients to find their dream home. Moving over as a real estate agent allows me to service my clients 100 percent because I have a much larger inventory to work with, as well as the ability to work to get the absolute best possible price and not worry about profit margins. It took a lot of work to become an agent, but it didn’t take a lot of thought to make the move. It was a no brainer.” So if I’m understanding correctly, having fun is Key, but customer service is priority? “Yes! I think you just found my motto.”
