Justin Myer


Justin is a partner at

Justin specializes in selling residential properties, but also works on Commercial property. He runs a team consisting of 5 licensed realtors and 3 assistants. Justin led his team to be one of the, if not, the top producing real estate team in Lethbridge for the last 2 years.

Justin also invests in real estate. He currently owns 6 properties. With his knowledge in real estate investing, Justin often helps investors also find properties or opportunities to invest in real estate.

He is a father of 3 boys and 1 girl, and has been happily married for 10 years.

Miles Godlonton


Marketing and Negotiating Specialist. Miles is a marketing and negotiating expert and is the creator and implementor of new ideas and strategies. He is the mentor, trainer and inspiration of the Miles Godlonton Home Selling Team and active in listing and selling homes.

Pete Dzioba


I was born in Northern Ontario and have been an Albertan since 1977.

I have a very diversified background, working with the maintenance of way and then dispatching trains with C. P. Rail, a production line associate and industrial mechanic with General Foods right here in Lethbridge, a service provider with a local 5 Star Hotel, I owned and operated a home building and professional renovation business known as "Pete'll-do-it" for 15 years and I have now practiced Residential Real Estate for the past 21 years.

My wife and I are now empty nesters and we love to travel and camp. I also have a passion for bird watching and restoring old muscle cars of the late 60's and early 70's. I am always on the lookout for a new project, parts and/or pieces.(what do you have?). I even have a 1923 Model “T” Turtleback Ford. Come by and check them out or hear them run.

In a short period of time I became one of the best realtors in the local industry and am well respected by my peers and loyal repeat clients.

Trained in the art of listening to client’s needs, I strive for nothing less than 110%. I am caring, patient, thorough, dedicated and honest. Cari Hillyer


Real Estate and finance have always been a top priority for Cari even from a young age. The dream of owning her own home and establishing her family in a comfortable community was very important to her and continues to be a top priority. At the young age of 23 Cari was able to commence that dream as she purchased her first home. From this time forward, Cari was hooked and continued to buy and sell homes each time rendering sufficient profit to “move up.”

After working for an Investment Company for 2 years in Red Deer, AB and not finding it to her personal satisfaction, Cari found an opportunity to pursue a career in Real Estate in Lethbridge. Having been raised in Lethbridge all of her life Cari found the prospect for change exciting and jumped at the chance to do so. Cari is a firm believer that “change” often leads to a reward; in this case, following her passion for Real Estate.

Dave Brodoway


“All in” – two words that describe the drive, tenacity and work ethic that has driven Dave Brodoway to the entrepreneurial success that he now enjoys today. Dave enjoyed many successful business ventures before deciding to jump into real estate with his wife Jennifer. Early on at the start of Jen’s real estate career, Dave and Jen enjoyed flipping houses. Now Dave focuses on helping others achieve their real estate goals from first-time buyers of all sorts, revenue properties, acreages, and commercial properties. He can assist you because he understands all aspects of the Real Estate game as he and Jen own residential revenue property, multi-tenant commercial property, and even storage containers.

As a team leader of team, Dave continually thinks of new and innovative ways to promote the team’s listings and presence in Southern Alberta.

One of Dave’s passions in Real Estate is “telling it like it is”. If you like things sugarcoated, then Dave might not be for you. Jennifer Brodoway


Jennifer is proud to be a full-time REALTOR® registered with the Lethbridge and District Association of REALTORS® since 2007. Since 2017, she has led the team together with her husband Dave and Justin Myer. 

Born and raised in Southern Alberta, Jennifer obtained her Marketing Degree at the University of Lethbridge. She then went to work overseas in a telecom company where she was the customer service manager for a team that created and managed the international websites of many corporate clients. Now, as a Lethbridge REALTOR®, Jennifer is putting her skills in customer service, Internet promotion, SEO, and marketing to work. Jennifer is continually improving her knowledge of SEO, (search engine optimization), to give her clients’ listings the most exposure possible. ( is one of the most visited REALTOR® websites in Southern Alberta).

One of the most exciting experiences in Jennifer’s life was buying her first home. She looks forward to helping others achieve their goals of home ownership as well and assisting them with their Real Estate needs!

Joel Cote


Born and raised in southern Alberta, and after a brief 16 year stint elsewhere, Joel returned back to southern Alberta in 2013, and has put down roots here in Lethbridge. But Joel is not your typical southern Alberta guy. “It’s not that I don’t like trucks” he says, “I just prefer to drive a car or motorcycle, I find them more fun. The story of my life is that I tend to like things that are different then what most people like.” From the colour of his pants to the house he lives in, to say that Joel’s taste is eclectic would be an understatement.

So why real estate? Why not be an artist or DJ? “My whole life I’ve dealt directly with the public, and I love to make people happy. I used to sell homes for a builder, and I loved being able to work with clients to find their dream home. Moving over as a real estate agent allows me to service my clients 100 percent because I have a much larger inventory to work with, as well as the ability to work to get the absolute best possible price and not worry about profit margins. It took a lot of work to become an agent, but it didn’t take a lot of thought to make the move. It was a no brainer.” So if I’m understanding correctly, having fun is Key, but customer service is priority? “Yes! I think you just found my motto.”

Kent Earl


It was eleven years ago, in an effort to learn Real Estate for the purpose of buying and selling his own properties, that he unknowingly launched what would be a Real Estate career . Little did he know that within the world of Real Estate, he would find his real passion. Kent really enjoys helping individuals buy and sell Real Estate "personally" and "professionally." He has helped many of his clients get started in Real Estate investing and thrives on teaching people how to utilize their current assets, to create a Real Estate portfolios that have literally changed their economic futures. Nathan Watson


Nathan was born and raised in Lethbridge and knows the city well! After receiving his Bachelor's in Management from the University of Lethbridge, Nathan decided to take his passion for business into Real Estate. This industry gives him the ability to use his skills and combine them with his passion of working with people.

Before transferring to the U of L, Nathan was enrolled in the Business Management program at Lethbridge College. While at Lethbridge College, Nathan spent three years in the Kodiak's Men's volleyball program and captained the team for two seasons. Since playing for the Kodiaks, Nathan is passing on his knowledge of the game with an active coaching role at his old high school. His competitiveness and love for sports has been a perfect match working for Team LRE.



Rebecca has been selling real estate since 2012 and has represented sellers and buyers in a wide array of real estate transactions.

Born and raised in Lethbridge she has firsthand real estate knowledge of the Lethbridge area and surrounding communities.

Her mission is to use her market expertise to help buyers find the right neighborhood, the right amenities and the right property to suit their needs.

A mom to two great kids as well as a business owner, Rebecca's strong work ethic and her enthusiasm and enjoyment for her real estate career spills over to all of the clients she serves.

Steve Cowdell


Helping people and giving back to the community are two catalyst which motivated Steve to step into the world of Real Estate. He spent the first part of his working career in the military; 27 years, 3 countries, 2 continents and 18 homes later, Steve moved to Alberta to retire but found the retirement life was a little too slow for him and he went back into the workforce still motivated to help. During a real estate transaction which involved Lethbridge Real Steve recognized that becoming a realtor would fulfil his deserve to help others and give back to the community so it was an easy decision to join the Real Estate Brokerage which started his new journey.

Although not a native of Alberta, Steve and his family have made their home here since 2005. His buying and selling experience working with different real estate brokerages over the years has given him an understanding and perspective from a client’s point of view when buying their first house, when buying their dream home or when selling and looking to downsize into their retirement home.

Just like the Theodore Roosevelt quote Steve uses when coaching youth soccer in our community, the quote equally applies to Real Estate… “Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care”

Mike Walker


Hey, I’m Mike Walker! 

I’m just getting rolling in real estate career. I joined, what I think is, the best brokerage in town: Lethbridge Real The people here are awesome, knowledgeable, and ready to help me become what I want to be; the best at helping you with all your real estate needs!

Prior to my dream job of being a real estate agent, I was a school teacher. I received both my Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education from our very own University of Lethbridge. During my teaching career, I was privileged to be able to live around the world from Tallcree in Northern Alberta, to Oman in the Middle East, right on to Guangzhou, China. It was an amazing series of experiences that have provided me with a much broader perspective on life and how lucky we are here in this amazing country of Canada. 

My wife and 3 children love Lethbridge. We love the parks, playgrounds, small-town feel, and accessibility; and hey, the wind makes sure the snow doesn’t stay too long.

Clint Clarkson

Clint is one of the newest additions to (2019), but he is far from a rookie. With nearly 10 years as a licensed REALTOR®, Clint has helped hundreds of clients find the perfect home. Clint is known for his caring personality, extensive knowledge of all areas of the city, and love of the industry. Clients and other REALTORS® love dealing with Clint because of his great demeanor and his communication skills, (everyone is sure to get a text or call back from Clint within minutes). Clint is committed to every deal, but more than that, making sure his clients are well represented and taken care of.

Amin Iqbal

"Growing up and calling Lethbridge my home since birth is something I couldn’t be more proud to claim. Since entering the work force at the young age of 15 years I was privileged enough to work in the business sector as well as dealing with consumer relations. As anyone knows, it is a strong structure that is key component when building a house. I am glad to say that because of my past within the business industry, that it would later on help me build strong and important characteristics that I would carry on throughout a lifetime.


Alongside real estate some of my other passions include; working out, watching movies, eating (hence the working out lol), and of course spending time with my family and friends.I am a firm believer when you are doing something, that you should give it your best. It’s a motto that I live by and continue live by no matter what I do. With that being said, I am a multi-National competitor in Bodybuilding and have received multiple awards. In the short amount of time I have been able to achieve what takes majority a life time, and it’s something that I am extremely blessed for and take great pride in. But don’t let that intimidate you, I am a real softy. Recently being promoted to the title “Uncle” of one niece and nephew. Mitch Harty

Mitch is a real estate agent with a unique and focused approach. He thrives in his role as an agent because it allows him to engage three of his favourite things, people, real estate and marketing. Mitch attended the Lethbridge College for Drafting and Design, giving him a distinct understanding of how functionality and design are inseparable in a home. His interest in real estate began early on and resulted in him investing in his first property at the age of 22. Col Atwood

Col is the newest addition to and brings a variety of skills. Col was born in Southern Alberta but spent the first twelve years of his life in Utah before returning in 2011. Prior to becoming a REALTOR® Col has spent time working construction renovating homes and working on recreational land developments. He uses his knowledge of construction and attention to detail to provide clients with careful and competent service. Col strives to be on the cutting edge of the industry and a lifelong learner.
